# Add and edit what you track

> Add public wallet addresses, Polymarket accounts, manual positions, and physical metals to Retina.

Retina needs at least 1 portfolio source before it can create a snapshot. You can combine any of the source types below.

## EVM wallets

Add an address, give it a useful label, and select **Check**. Retina reads public balances and supported DeFi positions across EVM networks.

Use bulk paste when you have several addresses. You can also mark an EVM address for Polymarket tracking.

## Solana wallets

Add and label 1 or more public Solana addresses. Retina combines wallet balances with supported protocol positions and removes duplicate representations where providers overlap.

## Polymarket wallets

Add the address used by your Polymarket account. Retina uses public Polymarket data to show cash, open positions, closed positions, activity, odds, and profit or loss where available.

## Manual positions

Use a manual position for anything public APIs cannot detect, such as:

* A CEX balance
* A private vault
* A niche chain
* A cold holding without supported position data
* Cash or another off-chain asset

Enter a fixed USD value or a token amount that Retina can price. Add the protocol, wallet label, asset class, APY, maturity, and liquidity details when they help your analysis.

## Physical metals

Enter gold or silver by weight. Retina applies current spot pricing when it creates the snapshot.

## Sign-in wallets and tracked wallets

An EVM or Solana wallet used for sign-in proves account ownership through a message signature. It is not automatically the only address you can track. You may track any public address, including a different wallet or a cold wallet.

## Editing later

Select **+ Snapshot**, then choose the option to edit sources. Your saved setup opens before the next capture. Changes affect the new snapshot and do not rewrite older snapshots.

  Provider coverage changes over time. A successful address check confirms that the address is valid. Review the resulting positions before relying on the total.
